We accept returns in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, sealed food products (including matcha, tea powders, and teas) can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
If the seal has been broken, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of your request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
